All images and copyrights produced by KC Films and Photography or Amie Keefe remain the sole and exclusive property of KC Films and Photography. KC Films and Photography grants to the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and worldwide license to reproduce, publicly display and distribute the images in perpetuity for the purpose of marketing the property and for self-promotion.

The client may not share images with or sell images to stagers, designers, architects, builders, buyers, real estate agents, or any other third party.
